Privacy policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what Fort Bend Foundation Repair ("we") collects when you use this website or call us, and what we do with it. In short: we use your information to connect you with one independent local specialist about your request, and for nothing else.
What we collect
- Form requests: when you send the form, we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, and anything else you choose to include (street address, the problem you're seeing, how soon you need help, notes), plus the page you sent it from.
- Phone calls: when you call, our phone provider records your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the call itself. Calls may be recorded. You'll hear a notice at the start of each call. Voicemails are recorded and may be automatically transcribed.
- Website usage: we count anonymous visits and clicks on the call button to understand which pages are useful. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request.
- To pass your request to a specialist (see below).
- To keep a record of requests and calls, and to check the quality of our service.
Who we share it with
We share your request details with one independent foundation or drainage specialist who serves your area, so they can contact you. We may share call recordings with that specialist so they understand your situation. We may also let a prospective specialist partner listen to a small number of call recordings so they can judge the quality of this service. We don't give them your contact details unless they're the specialist handling your request. We don't sell your information, and we don't send your request to a list of companies.
We also use service providers to run the site: website hosting, data storage and email delivery (Cloudflare), and phone service (Twilio). They process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We store requests and call records for as long as we need them to follow up and to keep business records, generally up to two years, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (832) 471-8184 and we'll take care of it.
Text messages
If you call and we miss you, you may receive one text message confirming we got your call. We don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
